I am extremely excited to release this plan. I have been working on this for months!
“6 week Body Boost”
A plan that gives you a full body and mind makeover with regards to health with a meal plan and fitness with a home workout plan
Food
Shopping list and food plan every 7 days. A shopping list completely broken down to ensure you only get what you need for the Body Boost plan. Portions, snacks and general guidance for nutrition included.
Exercise
Levelled fitness plans to choose from depending on current fitness level. You will progress no matter what fitness level you are beginning the plan with.
Access to tutorials to help you through your workouts as well as full workouts in video and audio form. LIVE workouts also will be optional within the support group (varying times to suit time zones).
Workouts vary from 10 to 40minutes depending on the format. Formats vary from leg/butt/core focus to HIIT with options of Weights based workouts.
No equipment needed although dumbbells and kettlebells optional for some workouts.
Support
Forever access to a support group for everyone that has purchased the 6 week Body Boost plan.
Advice on everything that goes alongside making a healthy change to your lifestyle. Including how to tackle “Falling off track”, “events” and “injuries”. Modules are via videos that ONLY the 6 Week Body Boost members can access. You also get written copies of everything, too.
Access to “Fitness Classes @Home” Facebook group FREE for one month. Subscriptions available after the month here.
